摘要
某地下车库采用抗拔管桩、结构自重及覆土共同来抵抗水浮力,在顶板尚未覆土前,施工单位便提前撤除基坑降水,巧遇短期连续下大雨,造成地下水位上升,引起顶板出现局部较大上浮,通过事故原因分析并结合计算数据,推测该区域抗拔桩已失去抗拔作用。本文列出了地库抗浮承载力不够时常用的处理措施,并结合本工程实际情况,最终采用增设自重方案进行补救处理,保证了地库的正常使用。
The underground garage adopts anti-pull pipe pile,structural weight and soil to resist water buoyancy.Before the roof was covered with soil,the construction unit removed the foundation pit dewatering in advance,and the short-term continuous heavy rain happened to cause the rise of the underground water level,resulting in a large local roof floating.By analyzing the cause of the accident and combining with the calculated data,it was speculated that the nti-pull pipe pile in this area had lost its uplift effect.This paper lists the treatment measures which are often used when the anti-floating bearing capacity of the basement is not enough,and combined with the actual situation of the project,it finally adopts the self-weight scheme for remedial treatment to ensure the normal use of the basement.
