摘要
某门式刚架轻钢结构厂房在施工过程中发生整体倒塌。为分析倒塌原因,核查了设计图纸、施工质量、视频监控、现场情况、吊装机械等情况;检测了部分钢柱、钢梁截面尺寸及钢材力学性能;验算了实际工况条件下的刚架承载力。检测发现:造成事故的主要原因为未按规范要求顺序施工,未及时安装柱间支撑、屋面水平支撑,形成的临时空间结构为几何可变体系,在吊装过程中的冲击荷载作用下导致整体失稳、倒塌。最后,给出了合理化建议,为相关工程提供参考。
A lightweight gabled frame structure collapsed during the construction of hoisting steel beam.In order to analyze the cause of the collapse,the design drawings,construction quality,video monitor,site conditions,and equipment of hoisting were checked and analyzed.The section sizes of some steel columns and beams and the mechanical properties of the steel are tested,and the bearing capacity of the rigid frame under the actual working conditions is checked.It is found that the main causes of the accident are that the construction is not carried out in accordance with the specification sequence,and the inter column support and roof horizontal support are not installed in time.The temporary space structure formed is a geometrically variable system,which leads to the overall instability and collapse under the impact load in the hoisting process.Finally,reasonable suggestions are given to provide reference for related projects.
