摘要
针对某大跨度预应力结构框架柱混凝土强度严重不足的问题,根据现场实际情况进行结构计算,在回顶支撑与原结构间施加反力卸荷后以普通混凝土置换低强度混凝土。通过合理布置钢管支撑,严格控制置换阶段结构内部应力,避免施工对结构的二次伤害,施工安全且加固效果良好。
In view of the serious lack of concrete strength of a large-span prestressed structure frame column,the structure calculation was carried out according to the actual situation of the site,and the low-strength concrete was replaced by ordinary concrete after the reaction force was applied between the back support and the original structure.By rationally arranging steel pipe supports,strictly controlling the internal stress of the structure during the replacement phase,avoiding secondary damage to the structure by construction,and ensuring safe construction and good reinforcement effects.
