既有工业建筑的改造及加固设计

Structural design and analysis of a high-rise steel TV tower

本文针对某卷烟厂的加工及仓储车间,由于建筑功能的改变,以及修缮整治的要求,需要进行整体改造与加固。考虑到原结构具有一定的损伤,以及混凝土强度较低,抗震构造等均不满足规范要求,采取增设屈曲约束钢支撑以提高结构抗侧刚度,同时为结构体系提供二道抗震防线。构件加固设计采用加大截面法及外包钢的加固技术对框架梁柱进行加固。此外,为了提高结构的整体耐久性,对裂缝、钢筋锈蚀以及碳化进行了针对修复处理。本工程的加固设计经验可以为城市更新中大量的老建筑尤其是工业建筑的改造和加固提供参考借鉴。

It is presented in this paper,an old cigarette factory processing and storage workshop,due to the change of building function,as well as the requirements of repair,need to carry out the overall transformation and reinforcement.Considering that the original structure has certain damage,and the concrete strength is low,the seismic structure cannot meet the requirements of the code,the BRB is added to improve the lateral stiffness of the structure,and provide two seismic defense lines for the structural system.The reinforcement design of the components adopts the reinforcement technology of increasing section area method and wrapping steel to reinforce the frame beams and columns.In addition,in order to improve the overall durability of the structure,the cracks,steel corrosion and carbonization were repaired.The reinforcement design experience of this project can provide reference for the reconstruction and reinforcement of a large number of old buildings in urban renewal.
