泸州机场航站楼钢管混凝土柱-混凝土梁节点有限元分析 被引量:4

摘要 泸州机场航站楼的钢管混凝土柱—钢筋混凝土梁节点受力大、构造复杂,为满足承载力和刚度要求,采用了H型钢牛腿与混凝土梁进行连接,同时在钢管柱内设置内环板,既保证了节点的整体性,又兼顾了施工的便利性。设计中抗弯验算考虑钢牛腿翼缘和混凝土的共同作用,抗剪验算仅考虑牛腿腹板的抗剪性能。采用ABAQUS软件对中柱和边柱两种节点进行有限元分析,分别考虑了弯曲、剪切和弯剪三种工况。通过不同工况下节点各部分的应力、应变状态和荷载—位移曲线,研究了节点的承载力、延性、破坏模式以及整体性,以验证设计原则是否正确,同时验算实际受力状态下节点的刚度、承载力和变形能力。研究表明,H型钢牛腿和钢管柱内环板能够协同工作,整体性较好,可有效的传递荷载,并具有很好的承载能力和延性。 The concrete filled steel tubular(CFST)column-RC beam joints in Luzhou Airport Terminal have large forces and complicate detail construction.In order to meet the requirements of bearing capacity and rigidity,H-shaped steel corbel is used to connect with the concrete beam.Meanwhile,the inner ring plate is set in the steel pipe column,which not only ensures the integrity of the joint,but also takes into account the convenience of construction.In the design,the joint action of steel corbel flange and concrete is considered in the bending checking calculation,and only the shear performance of corbel web is considered in the shear checking calculation.The ABAQUS software was used to perform finite element analysis on the center column joints and side column joints.Bending,shear and bending shear conditions were considered respectively.By analyzing the stress and strain state of each part of the joint and load-displacement curve under different working conditions,the bearing capacity,ductility,failure mode and integrity of the joints were studied to verify whether the design principles are correct.At the same time,the stiffness,bearing capacity and deformation capacity of the joints under the actual stress state were checked.The results shown that H-shaped steel corbels and inner ring plate of steel tube column can work together with good integrity,can effectively transfer load,and has good bearing capacity and ductility.
