重庆德辉体育馆V形斜柱柱根过渡节点设计 被引量:1

摘要 重庆德辉体育馆V形斜柱柱根部位采用梯形棱柱体、矩形棱柱体、翼缘焊接连接等合理的构造手段设置过渡节点,首次实现了V形交叉斜钢管柱与十字型型钢混凝土柱的可靠连接。并通过ANSYS软件建立参数化的有限元实体模型,分别按两种不同约束情况分析了过渡节点在大震作用下的传力性能和变形特征。结果表明,在两种约束情况下,过渡节点内部钢构件应力均小于钢材的屈服强度值,且按第二种约束情况考虑钢材周边混凝土约束时,节点区域最大应力会上移,直至到上柱柱根部位,但最大应力值与第一种约束中节点区域最大应力值基本相当,从而验证了过渡节点在大震作用下承载力与刚度均满足节点设计准则要求,确保了节点的安全可靠。可以作为类似节点设计参考。 At the root of V-shaped inclined column in Chongqing Dehui gymnasium,trapezoidal prism,rectangular prism,flange welding connection and other reasonable structural means are used to set transition joints,which realizes the reliable connection between V-shaped cross inclined steel tube column and cross shaped steel reinforced concrete column for the first time.A parameterized finite element solid model is established by ANSYS software,and the force transfer performance and deformation characteristics of the transition joint under two different constraints are analyzed.The results show that the stress ratio of steel members in the transition joint is less than the yield strength of steel under the two constraints,and the maximum stress in the joint area will move up to the root of the upper column when considering the surrounding concrete constraints under the second constraint,but the maximum stress value is basically the same as that in the first constraint.It is verified that the bearing capacity and stiffness of the transition joint meet the requirements of the joint design criteria under the action of large earthquake,which ensures the safety and reliability of the joint.It can be used as a reference for similar node design.
