赤壁体育中心基础设计与施工的关键问题分析与研究 被引量:2

摘要 赤壁体育中心主体结构采用钢筋混凝土框架结构,体育场屋盖采用悬挑空间桁架网格结构,体育馆采用弦支穹顶网格结构,为了防止基础不均匀沉降造成屋盖钢结构构件产生过大次内力,基础设计与施工尤为重要。场地勘察揭露下伏基岩为石灰岩且基岩埋藏较浅,见洞率18%,属于岩溶中等发育区,基础设计采用直径800的钻孔灌注桩基础,主体结构基础沉降差异小。通过合理的桩基施工措施,可以解决溶岩地区灌注桩成孔难的问题,在施工桩基之前进行注浆工艺,可以减小灌注桩混凝土的超方量,能节约工期和造价。 The main structure of Chibi Sports Center adopts reinforced concrete frame structure,the stadium roof adopts cantilever space truss grid structure,and the gymnasium adopts a string-supported dome grid structure.In order to prevent the uneven settlement of the foundation from causing excessive secondary internal forces on the roof steel structural members,foundation design and construction are particularly important.Site survey revealed that the underlying bedrock is limestone and the bedrock is relatively shallow,with a hole-seeing rate of 18%,which belongs to a medium-developed karst area.The foundation design adopts a bored pile foundation with a diameter of 800,and the settlement difference of the main structure foundation is small.Through reasonable pile foundation construction measures,the problem of difficult hole formation of cast-in-place piles in lava areas can be solved.The grouting process is carried out before the construction of the pile foundation,which can reduce the excess volume of the cast-in-place pile concrete and save the construction period and cost.
