摘要
相对传统民用设施,医疗设施事关病患生命健康,对于医疗设施的运维的技术要求更高。借助BIM可视化与物联网检测设备技术,实现医疗设施运维可视化与智能化对医疗设施运维管理及事件响应具有重要意义。重点围绕BIM技术可视化与医疗建筑设备检测数据集成与融合展开研究,并针对医疗行业特性提出医疗特色BIM运维应用,提升医疗设施运维应用价值。本研究结合实际医疗设施运维需求,通过平台研发与应用实现了预期应用价值。
Compared with traditional civilian facilities,medical facilities are related to the lives and health of patients,therefor the technical requirements for the operation and maintenance of medical facilities are higher.With the help of BIM visualization and IOT equipment detection technology,the realization of visualization and intelligence of medical facility operation and maintenance is of great significance to the operation and maintenance management of medical facility and incident response.Focuses on the research on BIM technology visualization and the integration of medical building equipment detection data,and proposes medical-featured BIM operation and maintenance applications based on the characteristics of the medical industry to increase the application value of medical facility operation and maintenance.This research combines actual medical facility operation and maintenance requirements,and realizes the expected application value through platform R&D and application.
