摘要
随着新型建筑工业化的迅速发展,装配式钢结构已经成为我国推进绿色建筑的重要形式,其主要围护构件是预制外挂墙板。装配式钢框架与外挂墙板连接节点的设计决定了外挂墙板的抗震性能,所以装配式钢框架与外挂墙板连接节点在装配式钢结构中十分重要。为了方便学者们对连接节点进行更深入的研究,本文介绍了装配式钢框架外挂节点在国内外的发展状况,将节点分为刚性连接节点、柔性连接节点和半刚性连接节点,介绍了各类节点的性能及其优劣,并分析了国内外规范在节点设计方面的不足。此外,本文介绍了装配式节点的相关试验与有限元研究方法,并指出目前针对节点的有限元分析方法与力学试验在分析研究过程中的不足之处,最后对装配式外挂节点的发展趋势进行展望。本文得出以下结论:各种连接节点在工程应用中各具优劣;有限元可作为节点研究的参考;节点设计与试验规范还需进一步完善。
With the rapid development of industrialization of construction industry,fabricated steel structure has become an important form to promote green building in China.Its main enclosure is prefabricated cladding panel.The design of the joints between the assembly steel frame and the cladding panel determine the seismic performance of the cladding panel,so the joints between the assembly steel frame and the cladding panel are very important in the fabricated steel structure.In order to facilitate the further studies of joints by other scholars,this paper introduces the domestic and foreign development of assembly steel frame joints,classifies the joints into rigid joints,flexible joints and semi-rigid joints,introduces the performance of each type of joints and their advantages and disadvantages,and analyzes the shortcomings of domestic and foreign joints in joint design.In addition,this paper introduces the relevant test and finite element analysis methods of assembly joints,and points out the shortcomings of the finite element analysis methods and mechanical tests for joints in the process of analysis and research.Finally,the development trend of assembly connection joints is forecasted.In this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:various connection joints have their own advantages and disadvantages in engineering application;finite element method can be used as a reference for joints research;joints design and test specifications need to be further improved.
