装配式组合结构看台板在改建体育场馆项目中的应用研究

装配式技术在公建与住宅类项目中的应用已经达到成熟阶段,对于体育场馆类建筑,装配式技术的应用也日益增多,随之而来的是更多设计、技术、生产、施工等方面的挑战。本项目作为国内首个装配式组合看台板在改建体育馆中的应用项目,在设计各阶段以及施工安装过程中都进行了多方面研究与突破。本文以装配式组合结构看台板技术为切入点,通过比选看台板结构形式以及探索合理的节点连接形式,加之BIM技术的辅助设计,来确保看台板的设计合理性与可靠性。通过本文所述研究内容,确保了预制组合结构看台板在本项目中的实施可行性,同时给出了详细的设计形式及其配套连接节点。通过BIM技术的引入实现精细化设计,极大地消除了后期现场施工中的问题隐患。

The application of prefabricated technology in public construction and residential projects has reached a mature stage.For stadium buildings,the application of prefabricated technology is also increasing,and more design,technology,production,and construction follow.And other challenges.As the first domestic application project of prefabricated composite stand board in the reconstruction of a gymnasium,this project has carried out many researches and breakthroughs in various stages of design and construction and installation.In this paper,we take the prefabricated composite structure stand board technology as the starting point,and ensure the rationality and reliability of the stand board design by comparing and selecting the structure form of the stand board and exploring the reasonable joint connection form,plus the auxiliary design of BIM technology.Through the research content described in this article,the feasibility of the prefabricated composite structure stand board in this project is ensured,and the detailed design form and its supporting connection nodes are given at the same time.The introduction of BIM technology realizes the refined design,which greatly eliminates the hidden troubles in the later on-site construction.
