摘要
为了研究栓钉对于组合钢梁承载力的影响,通过有限元软件ANSYS进行三种工况下非线性有限元分析,同时为了更好地研究某一变量对于组合钢梁的承载力的影响,采用参数化建模。对比三种工况下,其承载能力的变化可知,在一定范围内,随着栓钉数量的增加,组合钢梁承载能力提高,并且其钢梁应力从上到下,从中间至两边应力逐渐减小,因此在栓钉间距允许的情况下,增加栓钉数量能够提高组合梁的承载力。
In order to study the effect of pegs on the load carrying capacity of the combined steel beam,a nonlinear finite element analysis was carried out by the finite element software ANSYS under three working conditions,and parametric modeling was used to better study the effect of a certain variable on the load carrying capacity of the combined steel beam.Comparing the changes of the load carrying capacity under the three working conditions,it can be seen that,within a certain range,the load carrying capacity of the combined steel beam increases with the increase of the number of pegs,and the stress of the beam decreases gradually from the top to the bottom,from the middle to the sides,so that the increase of the number of pegs can improve the load carrying capacity of the combined beam when the peg spacing allows.
