摘要
某单层钢结构厂房跨度24.0m,柱距18.0m,柱顶高度26.5m,设200t+120t吊车两台,采用钢排架(格构柱+梯形钢屋架)结构形式。对该单层钢结构厂房的结构设计进行概要总结,介绍了结构设计过程、设计中的主要技术参数,采用PKPM系列软件对结构在各主要荷载组合工况下进行受力分析,确定格构柱、屋架、吊车梁、吊车梁辅助桁架、抗风桁架等构件合理的型式及截面尺寸,满足承载力及使用功能要求,并采用Revit软件建立BIM模型,进行信息整合,专业碰撞检查,为类似工程的结构设计提供有益参考。
A single-storey steel structure factory building has a span of 24.0 m,a column distance of 18.0 m,and a column top height of 26.5 m.There are two 200 t+120 t cranes,the steel bent frame structure(lattice column+trapezoidal steel roof truss)is used.This article summarizes the structural design of the single-story steel structure factory building,introduces the structural design process,and the main technical parameters in the design.The PKPM series software is used to analyze the structure under various main load combinations,Determine the reasonable types and cross-sectional dimensions of lattice columns,roof trusses,crane beams,crane beam auxiliary trusses,wind-resistant trusses,etc.,to meet the bearing capacity and functional requirements,and use Revit software to establish BIM models for information integration and professional collisions,The inspection provides a useful reference for the structural design of similar projects.
