摘要
某学校食堂屋顶为58.8m×43.2m跨的折线形坡屋面,建筑效果要求采用钢桁架结构,其结构矢高最底处1.52m,正位于弯矩最大的跨中部位。介绍该项目结构方案的设计对比过程,用3D3S结构设计软件及MIDAS Gen对拟采用的3个方案进行计算及优化,从满足建筑造型要求,结构强度、刚度要求,支座构造的简化及对下部混凝土结构影响等方面的综合考虑,最终选择方案二。此项目已建成,效果良好。
The roof of a school canteen is a steel-structure roof with a span of 58.8 m×43.2 m.Combined with building modeling,the short span roof is folding linear pitched roof.The minimum vector height of the structural is 1.52 m,which is located in the middle of the span with the largest bending moment.This paper introduces the design and comparison process of the structural scheme.3D3S structural design software and MIDAS Gen are used to calculate and optimize the three structural scheme.From the comprehensive consideration of meeting the requirements of architectural modeling,structural strength and stiffness,the simplification of support structure and its impact on the concrete structure under it,the second scheme is finally selected.The project has been completed and the effect is good.
