杭州之门项目钢结构模型设计思路探讨

摘要 杭州之门项目双塔结构总高度为302.5m,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。双塔之间通过钢拱连桥及大跨度悬垂网格钢结构相连接。钢拱连桥上部的悬垂屋面从双塔22层悬挂而下,在中间下部的钢桥顶部形成大跨度公共空间,悬垂屋面南北侧从封边梁上下挂网格式侧墙钢结构,侧墙下部分别于钢拱连桥6层、3层、钢拱部位相连接。本文重点介绍了各部分结构的深化设计过程中的一些思路及探讨,如塔楼钢柱坐标放样,侧墙与悬垂屋面空间杆件放样,钢拱连桥与侧墙连接节点放样等,并介绍了如何准确高效的进行各部分结构的模型深化,结合后期出图,生产,安装各方面因素进行模型深化。通过本文一些模型设计上的思路探讨,希望能给今后类似项目提供设计上的参考价值。 The total height of the double-tower structure of Hangzhou Gate Project is 302.5 m,which adopts reinforced concrete frame-core tube structure system.The twin towers are connected by a steel arch bridge and a long-span suspended grid steel structure.The overhanging roof on the upper part of the steel arch bridge hangs down from the 22 nd floor of the twin towers,forming a large-span public space at the top of the steel bridge in the middle lower part.The steel structure of the side wall is hung up and down from the edge beam on the north and south sides of the overhanging roof,and the lower part of the side wall is connected with the 6 th floor,3 rd floor and steel arch of the steel arch bridge respectively.This paper mainly introduces some ideas and discussions in the deepening design process of each part of the structure,such as coordinate lofting of steel columns of towers,lofting of spatial members of side walls and overhanging roofs,lofting of connection nodes between steel arch bridges and side walls,etc.It also introduces how to deepen the model of each part of the structure accurately and efficiently,and how to deepen the model in combination with various factors such as drawing,production and installation in the later stage.Through the discussion of some model design ideas in this paper,I hope it can provide design reference value for similar projects in the future.
