摘要
聚羧酸高性能减水剂是一种新型的化学试剂,被广泛应用于路基桥涵工程建设中。以广深高速公路深圳段路基桥涵工程为背景,开展不同聚羧酸高性能减水剂混凝土试样比对试验探索。试验结果显示:E品牌聚羧酸高性能减水剂配制的混凝土达到大流动性混凝土配制需求,且其坍落度和扩展度损失相对较小;其试样回弹强度较大,占设计强度的88.8%;另外,其试样表面光滑且色泽光亮。因此,可以认为E品牌聚羧酸高性能减水剂达到工程强度及外观零装修的要求。
Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is a new type of chemical reagent,which is widely used in roadbed,bridge and culvert construction.Based on the roadbed,bridge and culvert project in Shenzhen section of Guangshen expressway,the comparative experimentswere carried outon concrete samples with different polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer.The results show that,the concrete prepared by E brand polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer meets the demand of high fluidity concrete,and its collapse and expansion loss are relatively small;Its resilience strength of sample is relatively large,accounting for 88.8%of the design strength;In addition,its surface of sample is smooth and bright.Thus,it is believed that E brand polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducer can meet the requirements of engineering strength and appearance zero decoration.
