中、美、欧、日、澳、加规范中骨料质量要求的对比分析

Comparative analysis on quality requirements of aggregate in Chinese, American,European, Japanese, Australian and Canadian codes

收集整理了六个国家和地区的十九部规范,对其中骨料的含泥量、泥块含量、坚固性、氯离子含量、硫化物及硫酸盐含量五个指标的限定要求进行了对比分析。结果表明,相比于外国规范,我国对于粗、细骨料含泥量和泥块含量最大值的要求进行了更加细致的分类;对于粗骨料坚固性,《建设用卵石、碎石》(GB/T 14685-2011)和澳大利亚规范AS 2758.1:1998提出了基本相同的要求,而美国规范ASTM C33/C33M-18和日本规范JIS A5308:2003的要求低于我国规范;与我国规范相比,美国规范ASTM C33/C33M-18和日本规范JIS A5308:2003对细骨料坚固性的要求均处于较为适中的水平;相关规范对钢筋混凝土中氯离子含量的要求存在较大差别,但是对预应力混凝土却提出了较为一致的要求;大多数规范均未对粗骨料的氯离子含量提出要求;整体来看,我国规范对粗骨料硫化物及硫酸盐含量的要求低于欧洲规范BS EN 12620:2002+A1:2008;与我国规范相比,欧洲规范BS EN13139:2002对细骨料硫化物及硫酸盐含量的要求更加严格,而加拿大规范A23.1-14/A23.2-14的要求较为适中。

The nineteen codes from six countries and regions were collected to analyse the limit requirements for the five indexes of the aggregate including the clay content,the clay lumps content,the soundness,the chloride content,the sulfate and sulfide content.The results show that the requirements for the maximum values of the clay content and the clay lumps content of the coarse and fine aggregates are classified more detailedly in Chinese codes as compared with those in the foreign codes.For the soundness of the coarse aggregate,Pebble and crushed stone for construction(GB/T 14685-2011)and Australian code AS 2758.1:1998 propose the almost identical requirements,and the requirements in American code ASTM C33/C33 M-18 and Japanese code JIS A5308:2003 are lower than those in Chinese codes.As compared to Chinese codes,the requirements for the soundness of the fine aggregate in American code ASTM C33/C33 M-18 and Japanese code JIS A5308:2003 are at a moderate level.There are much differences of the requirements for the chloride content of reinforced concrete among the relevant codes,but the requirements for the chloride content of prestressed concrete are relatively uniform.The most codes don’t propose the requirements for the chloride content of the coarse aggregate.As a whole,the requirements for the sulfate and sulfide content of the coarse aggregate in Chinese codes are lower than those in European code BS EN 12620:2002+A1:2008.As compared to Chinese codes,the requirements for the sulfate and sulfide content of the fine aggregate in European code BS EN 13139:2002 are stricter,but the requirements for the sulfate and sulfide content in Canadian code A23.1-14/A23.2-14 are moderate.
