摘要
目前自密实混凝土没有统一的工作性能检测和评价方法,给自密实混凝土的质量控制带来了诸多不便。本文系统的比较了不同国家地区的标准对自密实混凝土工作性能测试方法及控制指标的异同,以期对自密实混凝土的施工质量控制提供参考。对比国内外标准发现,国内外标准均通过填充性(流动性)、间隙通过性及抗离析性(稳定性)进行自密实混凝土工作性能的评判;自密实混凝土的工作性能评价方法的选择,应结合评价方法的有效性、操作的难易程度、评价方法的重现性等进行综合选择;针对不同的施工条件要求,为了标准化、科学化、实用化的表征自密实混凝土的工作性能,建议选择扩展度(流动性)、T500(粘聚性)、J环(间隙通过性)和VSI(抗离析性)进行自密实混凝土的性能评价。
At present,self-compacting concrete does not have a unified working performance detection and evaluation method,which brings a lot of inconvenience to the quality control of self-compacting concrete.This paper systematically compares the similarities and differences of the self-compacting concrete work performance test methods and control indicators in the standards of different countries and regions,in order to provide a reference for the construction quality control of self-compacting concrete.Comparing with domestic and foreign standards,it is found that both domestic and foreign standards evaluate the performance of self-compacting concrete through filling(fluidity),gap passage and anti-segregation(stability);the evaluation method of self-compacting concrete performance should be selected.Combine the effectiveness of the evaluation method,the ease of operation,the reproducibility of the evaluation method,etc.to make a comprehensive selection;according to the requirements of different construction conditions,in order to characterize the performance of self-compacting concrete in a standardized,scientific and practical way,it is recommended to choose The degree of expansion(fluidity),T500(cohesiveness),J-ring(interstitial passability)and VSI(segregation resistance)are used to evaluate the performance of self-compacting concrete.
