摘要
横琴南光大厦结构主体高度159.5m,为B级高度,采用框架-核心筒结构体系。针对本项目存在扭转不规则,尺寸突变(单塔大底盘、塔楼偏置),楼板不连续和局部穿层柱等不规则项,采用不同力学模型空间分析程序进行了弹性、弹塑性计算分析,明确结构薄弱构件并采取加强措施,以保证结构满足设定的抗震性能目标。
Hengqin Nanguang Building is a frame-tube structure with height of 159.5 meters.There are irregular items in the project including torsional irregular,Abrupt size change(large-chassis-mount single-tower、Tower eccentricity),slab irregular and Local Cross column.The elastic and elastic-plastic calculation and analysis are carried out by using different programs.The weak components of the structure are identified and strengthening measures are taken to ensure that the structure meets the set seismic performance objectives.
