摘要
本文针对混凝土模卡砌块具有的整体性好并具有保温性能的特点,提出了装配式混凝土模卡砌块砌体结构。并结合一栋底层框架砌体结构房屋试点工程,阐述了混凝土模卡砌块预制墙的生产、排块设计、制作、运输、安装过程,给出了混凝土模卡砌块预制墙和混凝土框架结构的连接构造,及混凝土模卡砌块预制墙和圈梁、构造柱的连接构造,总结了装配式混凝土模卡砌块砌体结构具有造价低、占用资源相对少、节点处理简单、保温和结构一体化等特点和优势。
According to the characteristics of good integrity and thermal insulation of concrete Moka block,this paper puts forward the assembled concrete Moka block masonry structure.Combined with the pilot project of a masonry structure building with bottom frame,the production,block arrangement design,manufacture,transportation and installation process of concrete Moka block precast wall are described.The Connection structure of precast concrete block wall and concrete frame structure,and the connection structure of precast concrete block wall,ring beam and constructional column are given.The characteristics and advantages of assembled concrete Moka block masonry structure are summarized,such as low cost,relatively less resources occupied,simple node treatment,thermal insulation and structural integration.
