某住宅混合公建用地项目装配式结构设计

本项目为混合公建用地项目中的住宅楼及办公楼,按照北京市相关文件实施装配式建筑,其中住宅楼采用装配式剪力墙结构体系,办公楼采用装配式框架-剪力墙结构体系。首先介绍了本项目装配式建筑实施的目标及方案策划,预制率、装配率的策划结合了项目特点,在满足相关要求的同时也能达到提质增效的目的;然后分别对住宅楼及办公楼进行了结构分析及预制构件标准化分析;并对构件连接节点的设计进行了介绍,可供同类型项目借鉴参考。

This project is a mixed residential building and office building of land for public projects,according to Beijing municipal relevant documents prefabricated buildings,including residential buildings with prefabricated shear wall structure system,building the prefabricated frame-shear wall structure system.Firstly,the implementation objectives and scheme planning of the prefabricated building of this project was introduced.The planning of prefabricated rate and assembly rate combines the characteristics of the project,which can not only meet the relevant requirements but also achieve the purpose of improving quality and efficiency.Then the structural analysis of residential buildings and office buildings and the standardized analysis of prefabricated components are carried out respectively.And the design of component connecting node is introduced in detail,which can be used as reference for similar projects.
