钢框架-预制混凝土剪力墙混合结构受力性能和经济性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为解决钢框架(SF)结构存在的露梁露柱问题,并避免因使用预制外挂墙板而产生的施工问题和对主体结构抗震性能的影响,通过将钢框架结构外围框架替换为预制混凝土剪力墙,形成一种钢框架-混凝土剪力墙混合结构(SFRCSW)。结构中混凝土剪力墙为主要的抗侧力构件,因此可以缩小内部钢梁柱的截面尺寸。以某实际18层SF结构住宅为例,构造了SFRCSW结构。采用PKPM和ETABS软件建立了SF和SFRCSW结构模型;对两种结构进行弹性和弹塑性推覆分析,弹性分析结果表明:在原SF结构的基础上建立的SFRCSW结构经合理设计,能够满足现有规范要求。弹塑性推覆分析结果表明:SFRCSW结构的变形呈弯剪型,层间位移角明显小于SF结构且分布更加均匀;结构各层均出现较多塑性铰,表明上部结构材料利用充分。最后,两种结构的标准层造价对比结果表明,采用SFRCSW结构可以降低4.2%土建工程造价。 A hybrid structure of the steel frame with reinforcement concrete shear wall(SFRCSW)is proposed in this paper to solve the problem of exposed beams and columns in steel frame(SF)structures,and avoid the construction problems and influence on structural seismic performance generated by using precast cladding panels.The SFRCSW is formed by replacing the external frame in SF to precast concrete shear walls,which means that the external concrete shear walls are the main lateral resisting members and the sectional size of steel beams and columns in internal steel frame can be shrunk.A SFRCSW model is constructed in this paper based on an 18 stories SF building.The finite element models of SF and SFRCSW are established and analyzed in PKPM and ETABS software.The elastic analysis results show that the proposed SFRCSW structure can satisfy the existing significant based on the reasonable design.The nonlinear pushover analysis results show that the lateral drift of SFRCSW is bending shear type and the inter-story drift ratios are significantly less than those in SF structure.The plastic hinges appear in beams and columns at each story of SFRCSW,which means that the material at the upper structure can be fully used.Finally,the comparison of story construction cost between SF and SFRCSW shows that using SFRCSW can reduce the cost in civil engineering by 4.2%.
