摘要 如今工程技术水平不断发展,人们对各种建筑结构的需求也随之更新与改变,已经不仅仅局限于结构在地震中的安全性,同时也对其在大风中保持舒适性等指标的要求提出了更为严苛的标准。本文以美国加利福尼亚州旧金山的某核心筒+巨型框架体系超高层建筑工程为例,讲述了其所采用一种带泄压阀的双功能阻尼器来进行抗震与抗风设计的独特方法,最后介绍了本工程所采用的能够同时抗风和抗震的双功能阻尼器的工作原理,并给出了对该项目所用阻尼器进行的各项测试及其测试报告。 Nowadays,with the continuous development of engineering technology,people’s demands for various building structures have also been updated and changed,that they have not only been limited to the safety of structures in earthquakes,but also put forward more stringent standards for the the requirements for maintaining comfort in strong winds and other indicators.This paper takes a super-high-rise building project with core tube+mega-frame system in San Francisco,California,USA as an example,shows the unique method for the wind and seismic resistance design by a dual-function damper with pressure relief valve,and finally introduces the working principle of the dual-function damper this project used which can be used in both wind and seismic resistance,and gives all the tests for the damper of this project and provides the test report.
