摘要
制备了NR/NBR/树脂复合黏弹性阻尼材料,对其进行物理机械性能、动态机械性能、动态剪切性能测试研究其阻尼性能,并制备黏弹性阻尼器进行不同应变、频率相关性测试研究该阻尼器的力学性能,最后提供相应力学模型模拟其滞回曲线,并对比模拟结果和试验结果。结果表明:该材料具有较强的耗能能力,所制备的黏弹性阻尼器滞回曲线饱满、耗能能力强且具有明显的频率相关性,所提供力学模型拟合结果与试验结果吻合良好。
properties,dynamic mechanical properties,dynamic shear performance were tested to study the damping performance,and the viscoelastic dampers were prepared for different strain and frequency correlation test to study the damper performance,finally provide corresponding mechanics model to simulate the hysteresis curve,and compared the simulation results and test results.The results show that the material has strong energy dissipation capacity,and the hysteretic curve of the viscoelastic damper prepared is full,the energy dissipation capacity is strong and the frequency correlation is obvious.The fitting results of the mechanical model provided are in good agreement with the experimental results.
