附属构筑物在非一致激励下的地震响应分析

摘要 ACP1000堆型龙门架负责倒运一些大型核级设备,其设计安全性对核电站来说尤为重要。但由于龙门架部分结构依附于核岛厂房外墙上,在地震工况下,结构地震响应势必受到核岛厂房自身动力特性的影响。如果忽略该影响,采用单点反应谱法或时程分析法进行抗震计算,则会造成结构内力和变形计算结果的失真,这会给龙门架的设计埋下安全隐患。为此,该文采用改进大质量法对龙门架进行了多点激励分析,并与一致激励法在一些关键指标上进行了比较。计算结果表明,多点激励法可以在计算中合理考虑上述因素的影响,且结构的内力和变形计算结果要大于一致激励法。因此,贸然采用一致激励法对诸如此类的附属结构进行抗震计算是偏于不安全的,设计时应对计算方法进行充分评估并妥善处置。 The ACP1000 stack-type gantry is responsible for the transportation of some large nuclear-level equipment,and its design safety is particularly important for nuclear power plants.However,because part of the gantry structure is attached to the outer wall of the nuclear island plant,under earthquake conditions,the seismic response of the structure is bound to be affected by the dynamic characteristics of the nuclear island plant.If this effect is ignored and the single-point response spectrum method or time history analysis method is used for seismic calculation,it will cause distortion of the structural internal force and deformation calculation results,which will bury hidden safety hazards in the design of the gantry.For this reason,this article uses the improved large quality method to analyze the multi-point excitation of the gantry,and compares it with the consistent excitation method in some key indicators.The calculation results show that the multi-point excitation method can reasonably consider the influence of the above factors in the calculation,and the calculation results of the internal force and deformation of the structure are greater than the uniform excitation method.Therefore,it is unsafe to rashly adopt the consistent incentive method to calculate the seismic resistance of such auxiliary structures.The calculation method should be fully evaluated and properly handled during design.
