超高层项目重力荷载作用下收缩徐变分析 被引量:2

摘要 该项目结构高度为349.8m,与常规超高层建筑的框架核心筒体系不同,采用X向框架-带加强桁架双筒结构体系,Y向剪力墙结构体系。考虑混凝土收缩徐变效应,对这一新型结构体系进行从开始施工到投入使用20年重力荷载作用下的长期变形分析,研究在重力荷载长期作用下,该新型结构体系的竖向变形和水平变形规律;以及因混凝土收缩徐变造成的框架柱和核心筒变形差对框架柱、框架梁和加强桁架内力的影响。研究表明,该项目最大竖向变形发生在中上部楼层,混凝土收缩徐变不会加剧该结构体系的水平变形,因混凝土收缩徐变效应产生的框架柱、框架梁附加内力不可忽略,设计中需予以考虑。 The structural height of the project is 349.8 m,which is different from the frame core tube system of conventional super high-rise buildings.It adopts X-direction frame-reinforced truss double-tube structure system and Y-direction shear wall structure system.Considering the shrinkage and creep effect of concrete,this new structural system was analyzed for long-term deformation under the action of gravity load from the beginning of construction to 20 years of use,and the vertical and horizontal deformation laws of this new structural system under the long-term effect of gravity load were studied;And the influence of the deformation difference of the frame column and core tube caused by the shrinkage and creep of the concrete on the internal force of the frame column,frame beam and reinforced truss.The research shows that the maximum vertical deformation of the project occurs on the middle and upper floors,and the concrete shrinkage and creep will not exacerbate the horizontal deformation of the structural system.The additional internal forces of the frame columns and frame beams caused by the concrete shrinkage and creep effect cannot be ignored.To be considered.
