According to practical engineering cases,the transfer floor structure of over-limit residential buildings is optimized,and optimization schemes such as adjusting model calculation parameters,adjusting transfer component layout,optimizing transfer beam section and adding landing shear wall are adopted.The engineering quantity statistics and cost calculation are carried out,and the optimization scheme is determined by comprehensive trade-off,and the optimization of engineering cases is summarized.
