摘要
本工程为大底盘多塔框支剪力墙结构,兼有两种结构的动力特性。本文采用抗震性能化设计方法,对结构关键部位选取不同的性能目标;对结构进行了小震弹性分析及大震静力弹塑性分析,并对关键构件进行了中震作用和大震作用验算,保证结构的抗震安全。采用不同方法对转换层侧向刚度进行对比分析,确保转换部位的侧向刚度和层间位移角不发生过分突变。针对超限情况和计算结果,采取了严格的抗震构造加强措施。结果表明结构具有良好的抗震性能,能达到预定的性能目标。
The topside high-rise building is a frame supported shear wall with multi-tower and large chassis,which has both dynamic characteristics.The seismic performance-based design method was adopted to select different performance objectives for the key parts of the structure;The elastic analysis under frequent earthquake was analyzed for the whole structure as well as the static elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake,and the calculations under fortification and rare earthquake were conducted for the key components,to ensure the seismic safety of structure.The lateral stiffness of transfer story was also analyzed and compared by using different methods,to avoid the abrupt change of lateral stiffness and inter-story displacement angle for the transfer site.The corresponding strengthening seismic structural measures were strictly adopted for the conditions of beyond code limits and calculation results.The analysis results show that the structure has favorable seismic performance and can achieve the preset performance objectives.
