摘要
近年来,我国城镇生活垃圾无害化处理需求逐年提升,垃圾焚烧发电项目作为减量化、资源化、无害化处理各种生活垃圾的方式,不仅可以处理生活垃圾,还可以利用余热发电有效缓解用电短缺的问题,在环保领域扮演着日益重要的角色。其中垃圾池作为垃圾焚烧发电项目中的核心区域,负责存储、发酵转运来的垃圾,其重要性不言而喻。目前,不同设计院对垃圾池的结构设计思路不尽相同,本文总结以往经验,结合实际工程,从垃圾池的结构设计重难点、垃圾池模型简化计算、垃圾池的防渗抗裂措施以及大体积混凝土施工措施四个方面,对垃圾池部分的结构设计要点及流程等进行总结归纳,提出了能够满足垃圾池结构设计安全性、耐久性及适用性要求的技术措施,可供同类厂房设计参考。
In recent years,the demand for the harmless treatment of urban domestic waste in my country has been increasing year by year.As a way to reduce,recycle,and harmlessly treat various domestic wastes,waste incineration power generation projects can not only treat domestic waste,but also use waste heat for effective power generation.Alleviating the problem of power shortages is playing an increasingly important role in the field of environmental protection.Among them,the garbage pool,as the core area in the waste incineration power generation project,is responsible for storing,fermenting and transferring the garbage,and its importance is self-evident.At present,different design institutes have different ideas on the structural design of garbage pools.This article summarizes past experience and combines actual engineering.From the difficult points of the structure design of garbage pools,simplified calculations of garbage pool models,anti-seepage and anti-cracking measures of garbage pools,and large-scale four aspects of volumetric concrete construction measures,summarized the structural design points and processes of the garbage pool part,and proposed technical measures that can meet the requirements of the safety,durability and applicability of the garbage pool structure design,which can be used as a reference for the design of similar plants.
