摘要
通过有限元软件对正六边形水箱壁板作独立分析计算,并采用PKPM软件对水塔结构进行了整体结构分析。经计算分析比较可知,六边形水箱壁板在水压作用下,壁板底部区域水平向承受较大拉力,六角处承受拉力更大,在设计中应引起重视,中心检修井的落底设计有效提高了结构水平抗力。该高位水塔设计是各专业协作的成果,采用正六边形水箱,结构受力合理,既满足了水专业的功能要求,而且外形美观,与周边建筑浑然一体,是高位水塔设计的一种新形式。
Through the finite element software,the hexagonal water tank panel was analyzed independently,and the whole structure of the water tower was analyzed by PKPM software.Through calculation,analysis and comparison,it can be seen that under the action of water pressure,the bottom area of the hexagon water tank wall plate bears a greater horizontal tension,and the hexagon part bears a greater tension,which should be paid attention to in the design.The bottom falling design of the central manhole effectively improves the horizontal resistance of the structure.The design of the high-level water tower is the result of the cooperation of various professions.The regular hexagon water tank was adopted,and the structure is reasonable.It not only meets the functional requirements of the water profession,but also has a beautiful appearance and is integrated with the surrounding buildings.It is a new form of high-level water tower design.
