摘要
采用柱面网壳结构对某143m宽原料场进行在线不停产环保封闭改造。首先对结构方案进行详细介绍,利用堆料挡墙设置立柱优化结构传力路径;着重分析了立柱对降低结构内力峰值和减小基底反力的影响,采用SAP2000对结构进行抗震分析,采用ABAQUS对结构整体稳定性能进行分析。通过结构优化设计实现了结构全螺栓球连接,为工厂制作现场异地拼装累计滑移施工创造了有利条件,最大限度减小对生产的影响,取得了较好的效果,所采用的结构技术可供同类工程参考。
The cylindrical lattice shell structure is used to carry out environmental protection closure of a 143 m wide raw material yard which is non-stop for production.Firstly,the structural scheme is introduced in detail,and the column based on the material wall is used to optimize the structural force transmission path.The influence of the column on reducing the internal force peak of the structure and reducing the base reaction force is analyzed.The seismic analysis of the structure is carried out by SAP2000.The overall stability of the structure is analyzed by ABAQUS.Through the structural optimization design,the structural full bolt-and-ball connection is realized,which creates favorable conditions for the assembly and construction of the site to accumulate the cumulative slip construction,minimizes the impact on production,and achieves good results.The structural technology used can be served as a reference of such structure design.
