摘要 创作者工设结构总高度59.1m,建筑地面以上12层,地下1层,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。6~12层结构外挑15m,为较少见的长悬臂结构。介绍了该工程的特点、结构布置、基于性能的抗震设计目标及对结构的关键部位进行细部分析并提高其抗震措施。综合分析表明,通过合理的结构布置,针对重点部位通过性能化设计并采取合适的加强措施,该结构具有良好的抗震性能和安全储备。 The total height of the structure is 59.1 m.The building has 12 floors above the ground and 1 floor underground.The frame shear wall structure system is adopted.The structure of the 6 th to 12 th floors is a relatively rare long cantilever structure with an overhanging length of 15 m.the characteristics of the project,structural layout,performance-based seismic design objectives,detailed analysis of the key parts of the structure and improvement of its seismic measures were introduced.The comprehensive analysis shows that the structure has good seismic performance and safety reserve through reasonable structural layout,performance-based design for key parts and appropriate strengthening measures.
