摘要
苏州园博园工程B馆为太湖边的多层建筑。本文介绍了本工程结构设计中采取的一些技术措施:对堆土堆高区域采取排水措施降低抗浮水位,从而降低抗拔桩和底板造价;超长地下室采取无缝设计避免后期渗水隐患;小直径钢管混凝土柱柱顶采用环梁改善梁柱节点性能;大跨度悬臂深梁采用应力分析确保计算安全可靠。可供同类型结构设计参考。
Hall B of Garden Expo project is a multi-storey building beside Taihu Lake in Suzhou.This paper introduces some technical measures used in the structural design of the project.For the high mound area,the anti-floating water level can be reduced by drainage measures,thereby reducing the cost of uplift piles and bottom plates.The ultra-long basement adopts a seamless design to avoid water seepage in the later period.A ring beam is placed on the top of the small-diameter concrete-filled steel tube column to improve the performance of the beam-column joint.Stress analysis of large-span cantilever deep beams ensures safe and reliable calculations.For the same type structure design reference.
