天津某医院结构设计分析及总结

Analysis and summary of the structural design of a hospital building

以天津某医院建筑结构的方案为例,在设计中,按照分缝方案和不分缝方案分别计算,讨论了两种方案各自的优缺点,及最终采用整体计算方案后对此产生的结构不规则及应力集中的地方进行构造加强,探讨了抗震缝对结构设计方案的影响。同时本文对设计过程中的一些关键点提出注意及解决方案,如:地下室作为上部结构嵌固端时,主楼和裙房相关范围的抗震等级容易遗漏;结构标准层平面形状细长,模型采用弹性板计算;设计时针对连梁所处的不同部位采用内加钢板、双层连梁等方法解决框剪结构的连梁超筋问题;本工程为超长结构,计算时结合地区气温特点,考虑升温和降温工况,计算温度作用的影响。文章最后总结了医院建筑的结构设计特点,为以后的工程提供参考。

This paper took the structure design of a hospital in Tianjin as an example.In the design,results with joint and without joint were compared.The advantages and disadvantages of the two schemes were discussed,and the later scheme was adopted.First,the irregular and stress concentrate areas were strengthened,and the influence of seismic joints on the structural design was discussed.Secondly,this paper put forward some solutions to the design process,such as,when the basement was used as the upper structure end support,the seismic grade of the relevant area of the main building was easy to omit;the slender floor slab should be calculated according to elastic slab model;internal steel plates and doublelayer coupling beams were taken to solve over-reinforcement problem as design coupling beams.Then,this building was a super-long structures,heating and cooling temperature effect were calculated based on regional temperature characteristics.Finally,the paper summarized the key points as designing a hospital building structure and provided some reference for future hospital design.
