摘要
本文介绍了榆林市某超限建筑结构设计。该建筑体量大,平面及竖向均较为复杂,且属于超长结构。结构的不规则项较多,存在部分楼层的扭转位移超限,楼板有效宽度小于50%典型宽度,局部楼层出现穿层柱、斜柱、斜墙、个别构件转换等不规则项。采用两种软件对比分析,对结构进行了小震弹性时程分析及大震静力弹塑性时程分析。计算结果表明,充分考虑地震对结构的影响,对结构的关键部位采用概念设计和抗震性能化设计,使结构布置合理有效,结构的抗震性能良好,体系安全可靠。
This paper introduces structural design methods of an ultra-limit structure in Yulin City.The structure is an ultra-long structure.It is large,complicated in plan and vertical.Otherwise,there are many irregularities in the structure.For example,the torsional displacement exceeds limit,the effective width of floors is less than 50%,and the through-story columns,inclined columns,inclined walls,conversion components are distributed on different stories.On the basis,two methods of structural measures optimization and temperature stress analysis to the ultra-long structure are produced.Then,two analysis software for comparative analysis were carried out.The comparative analysis mainly includes small-earthquake elastic time-history analysis and pushover analysis.The calculation results showed that the conceptual design and seismic performance design for key parts could make the structural layout more reasonable and effective.The seismic performance is great,and the system is safe and reliable.
