摘要
南京韩府山学校地下一层,地上最高为四层,建筑高度为16.8m,建筑平面为风车形状,地上设置三道防震缝将上部结构分为四个结构单元。整栋建筑依山而建,地面高差最大约为12.35m,针对室外地面高程不等如何确定各结构单体基础埋深进行了探讨,根据各单体自身周围室外地坪最低点起算建筑物高度,基础埋深也按单体周围室外地坪最低点计算;针对不平衡土压力分别采用局部外墙挡土及设置永久性支护,外墙挡土的不平衡土压力在计算模型中输入,并通过首层梁板传递,有高差处设置双梁或加腋在同一个平面传递水平力。右下角结构单元位于岩石上埋深不足,设置了下部结构空腔进行了抗滑移及抗倾覆验算。对转换梁柱及穿层柱等关键构件进行了局部性能化设计以保证结构安全。
Nanjing Hanfushan school has one floor underground and four floors above the ground.The building height is 16.8 m.The plane of the building is windmill shaped,and three seismic joints are set on the ground to divide the superstructure into four structural units.The whole structure is built according to the mountain,and the maximum ground elevation difference is about 12.35 m.According to the different outdoor ground elevation,the buried depth of single foundation of each structure is discussed,the building height is calculated from the lowest point of the outdoor floor around each monomer,the buried depth of the foundation is also calculated according to the lowest point of the outdoor floor around the monomer.According to the unbalanced earth pressure,local external wall retaining and permanent support structure are adopted respectively.The unbalanced earth pressure of external wall retaining is input in the calculation model and transmitted through the first floor beam and slab.Double beams or haunching are set at the height difference to transmit horizontal force in the same plane.Due to the lack of buried depth on the rock foundation,the lower right corner structural unit is provided with a lower structure cavity for anti sliding and anti overturning checking calculation.In order to ensure the safety of the structure,the performance-based design is carried out for the key components such as transfer beam column and cross-story column.
