摘要
大同会展酒店混凝土结构高度34m,南北两侧逐层退台。屋顶为钢结构屋架。结构存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、竖向构件不连续,为超限高层建筑。结构采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。为保证建筑无柱大空间的要求,在2层和3层分别设置梁托柱转换。3~7层平面为U形,为典型的凹凸不规则平面。重点介绍结构体系的选择,超限情况的判断,小震弹性整体指标的计算,小震弹性时程分析及大震弹塑性分析结果。针对结构超过规范限值的情况进行了分析,确定合适的抗震性能目标,同时采取了有效的抗震加强措施,保证了结构设计的安全。分析结果表明,结构能满足相关规范和设定的抗震性能目标要求。
The structure height of Datong Exhibition Hotel is 34 m.The north and south sides are terraced structure.The roof adopts decorative steel roof truss.There are torsion irregularity,concave convex irregularity and vertical component discontinuity in the structure,so it is an overrun high-rise building.The structure adopts Frame-Shear Wall structure system.In order to ensure the requirement of large space without column,lifting column from beam is set on the second floor and the third floor respectively.The 3~7 floor plan are U-shaped,which is a typical irregular concave convex plane.Mainly introduced the structural system,out-of-code conditions judgment,the small earthquake elastic calculation,the small earthquake elastic time history analysis and the large earthquake elastic-plastic analysis results.This paper analyzes the situation that the structure exceeds the limit value of the code,determines the appropriate seismic performance targets,and takes effective seismic strengthening measures to ensure the safety of the structural design.The analysis results show that the structure can meet the requirements of relevant codes and seismic performance targets.
