隧道二衬纵向灌注技术相较传统工艺分析 被引量:5

摘要 为解决隧道二衬拱顶混凝土实体质量受传统灌注工艺影响,无法填充密实,特别是在拱顶最高处由于采用自下而上垂直冲顶灌注工艺,极易造成拱部混凝土厚度不足、背后脱空、不密实等衬砌质量缺陷。研发隧道二衬灌注新工艺,旨在解决隧道多发生在拱顶121°范围的质量缺陷,以高位水平纵向连续后退漫淹式灌注代替冲顶式灌注的新工艺,将混凝土泵管接口由台车底部更换至纵向连续灌注台车灌注枪,采用电控系统,进行纵向连续后退漫淹式灌注技术灌注拱顶混凝土。 In order to solve the problem that the concrete quality of the second-lining arch roof of tunnel is affected by the traditional pouring process,it cannot be filled with compaction,especially at the top of the arch,due to the bottom-up vertical pouring process,it is easy to cause the lining quality defects such as insufficient thickness of concrete at the arch,backside empty-out,non-compaction and so on.Research and development of new technology of tunnel second lining perfusion,aimed at resolving the tunnel in vault 121 degrees range of quality defects,longitudinal straight back to high flood flooded type infusion infusion of new technology to replace the header type,replaced the concrete pump pipe interface from the bottom of the car to the longitudinal continuous perfusion car perfusion gun,the electric control system,longitudinal straight back arch concrete flood flooded type infusion technology infusion.
