摘要
天津某物流基地库房位于天津空港经济区综合保税区,总建筑面积1484m2。首先结合地勘报告对库房主体结构和室内地面地基处理形式进行了系统分析。随后,对地基基础部分与室内地面地基处理部分图纸进行了设计状态分析。同时,对桩承载力及沉降进行了验算比较及分析。其后,对主体结构沉降观测报告、水箱压载沉降分析报告、安全性鉴定报告均进行了系统分析,提出了设计或施工阶段引起地面沉陷的可能问题分析。
A logistics base warehouse in Tianjin is located in the comprehensive bonded zone of Tianjin Airport Economic Zone,with a total floor area of 1484 m^2.Firstly,combined with the geological survey report,the main structure of the warehouse and the indoor ground foundation treatment form are systematically analyzed.Subsequently,the design status analysis was carried out on the drawings of the foundation part and the indoor ground foundation treatment part.At the same time,the pile bearing capacity and settlement are compared and analyzed.Afterwards,the main structure settlement observation report,the water tank ballast settlement analysis report,and the safety appraisal report were systematically analyzed,and the analysis of possible problems caused by ground subsidence during the design or construction stage was put forward.
