超净高钢桁架栈桥侧向撞击原位试验

摘要 超净高钢桁架栈桥在水电站大坝浇筑过程的混凝土原料中转过程中,将受到混凝土浇筑罐的侧向撞击。为明确侧向撞击对钢栈桥的动力效应并提出更合理的变形控制指标,以非接触式视频测量的方式开展了超净高钢桁架栈桥的侧向撞击试验并进行了撞击作用下的有限元分析。试验及有限元分析结果表明:非接触式视频测量的结果能较好的反应桥梁受撞击作用的变形规律,撞击监测点应集中于桥墩上部且靠近撞击位置;与等效静力法所得撞击变形控制指标相比,有限元分析结果推定的变形控制指标更有利于发现桥梁受撞击作用时的变形异常情况。 The super-clear-height steel truss trestle side would be impacted by the concrete pouring tank during the transfer of concrete material under the pouring process of hydropower station dam.In order to ensure the dynamic response of lateral impact on steel trestle and propose a more reasonable deformation control index,the lateral impact test of super-clear-height was conducted by means of non-contact video measurement and the finite element analysis was carried out.The experimental and finite element analysis results show that the non-contact video measurement results can well reflect the deformation law of the bridge under bumping test,and the observation points should be concentrated on the upper part of the bridge pier and close to the impact point.Compared with the control index of bumping deformation obtained by equivalent static method,the deformation control index from finite element analysis is more helpful to find the abnormal deformation of the bridge under bumping condition.
