摘要
本工程建筑外立面由两个曲面组合而成,每个曲面由横向曲线与竖向曲线组合而成从内倾80°逐渐变化角度到外倒65°,空间曲率变化大,一面外墙为陶板幕墙,陶板色泽统一度要求高生产控制难,安装精度要求高,收口难度大,阴阳角对缝要求高。另一面外墙为玻璃陶棍幕墙,陶棍色泽统一度要求高生产控制难,安装精度要求高,玻璃面接缝差要求高。针对该工程进行了相关工艺创新和综合成本分析,为以后类似项目应用提供依据。
The facade of the project is composed of two curved surfaces,each of which is composed of horizontal curve and vertical curve.The angle changes gradually from 80°inward to 65°outwards.The spatial curvature changes greatly.One side of the outer wall is ceramic plate curtain wall,which requires high color uniformity,difficult production control,high installation accuracy,difficult closing,and high requirements for joint between internal and external corners.The other side wall is glass ceramic rod curtain wall,which requires high color uniformity,difficult production control,high installation accuracy and poor joint of glass surface.The process innovation and comprehensive cost analysis of the project are carried out to provide the basis for the application of similar projects in the future.
