摘要 针对中国牙谷科创园区项目复杂曲面大跨度钢结构连廊施工技术难题,研究并采用了复杂异形曲面钢结构连廊动态液压整体提升关键技术,涉及复杂大跨度钢结构拼装、液压提升吊点布设、全过程动态提升以及就位卸载控制等内容,提出了配套的复杂曲面大跨度钢结构连廊安装、卸载精度控制方法及技术措施,保证了整体结构全过程提升的安全可靠,工程实施效果良好。 In response to the technical difficulties in the construction of the complex curved large-span steel structure corridor of the Yagu Science and Technology Park project in China,the key technology of dynamic hydraulic integral lifting of the complex and special-shaped curved steel structure corridor was researched and adopted.It involved the assembly of complex large-span steel structure,the layout of lifting points of hydraulic lifting,the dynamic lifting of the whole process and the control of positioning and unloading.The supporting construction control methods and technical measures are proposed,which ensure the safety and reliability of the overall structure in the whole process of lifting,and the project implementation effect is good.
