卡塔尔赖扬体育场高精度压环的制作工艺

摘要 卡塔尔赖扬体育场钢屋盖为空间张拉结构体系,以此项目为背景,对其主要受力构件全螺栓连接压环的制作工艺,保证制作中的高精度进行了阐述。此项目中压环共有48榀组成,总长度为460m,设计要求单榀压环长度偏差不超过±1mm,整圈压环长度偏差不得超过±10mm。为了保证其精度分别从测量专用工具的选择,单榀压环的制作工艺,48榀压环循环预拼装技术,3D扫描技术和全站仪测量以及数据分析技术相结合进行了深入的分析和考虑,提出了高精度压环制作实现的方法,为类似工程提供了借鉴方法和经验。 Steel roof of Al Rayyan Stadium in Qatar is space pretension structural system,with this project as the background,fabrication process of compression ring with flange is described in order to assure the precision of fabrication,which is a main bearing member in steel roof.Compression ring is made of 48 segments,total length is 460 m,linear dimension tolerance of one compression ring is within±1 mm,total length tolerance is within±10 mm.In order to control fabrication tolerance,choosing of survey tools,fabrication process of single compression ring,recycle pre-assembly of 48 segments,combing with 3D scan,total station survey and data analysis are studied and considered,fabrication method of compression ring with high precision are obtained,which provides the reference and experience for similar projects.
