摘要
本文介绍了广西九洲国际项目考虑实际施工加载顺序、混凝土收缩徐变的施工仿真分析,并将竖向变形的计算结果与现场监测数据进行对比分析。结构设计中的一次性加载模型,会过大的计算结构的竖向变形,使结构设计内力与实际受力产生较大的差异;分层刚度分层加载施工模拟的模型,相对于一次性加载模型更符合实际情况,但也未能反映结构的实际受力;施工仿真分析考虑施工找平、实际的施工次序及混凝土的收缩徐变,其竖向变形及结构受力计算结果更接近实际情况。框架-核心筒超高层结构竖向构件的竖向变形量和竖向变形差最大值发生在结构的中上部楼层,徐变变形对总的竖向变形影响明显,而收缩变形几乎可忽略不计。施工现场监测的楼层应变及施工完成后楼层实测层高与施工仿真分析结果基本相符,印证了理论分析的可靠性。
The construction simulation analysis of Jiuzhou International Project was introduced.This analysis takes into account the actual construction loading sequence and concrete shrinkage and creep,and compares the vertical deformation calculation results with the field monitoring data.Where in structural design,a one-time loading model will excessively calculates the vertical deformation of the structure,so that the internal forces used in the structural design is greatly different from the actual situation;a construction simulation model with stiffness and loading applied for each story is more in line with the actual situation than the one-time loading model,but it does not reflect the actual stress of the structure;the construction simulation analysis takes into account the construction leveling,the actual construction sequence,the shrinkage and creep of concrete,the calculation results of vertical deformation and structural stress are closest to the actual situation among the models mentioned above.The maximum value of vertical deformation difference between columns and corewall of frame-corewall structures occurs within the middle and upper floors of the structure.Creep deformation has a significant influence on the total vertical deformation,while shrinkage deformation is almost negligible.The monitored vertical strain at each story of the construction site and the measured floor height after the completion of the construction are basically consistent with the results of the construction simulation analysis,which confirms the reliability of the theoretical analysis.
