结构物-标准砂界面剪切性状研究

Research on shear behavior of structure-standard sand interface

摘要 通过钢和混凝土两种结构物与标准砂的界面剪切试验,分析了剪切应力-位移的关系、界面抗剪强度以及剪胀剪缩变化。基于修正的Gompertz曲线模型,利用Abaqus进行模拟,分析模型剪切应力-剪切位移关系与接触面剪切应力变化规律。结果表明:混凝土-标准砂界面的界面剪切应力均大于钢-标准砂界面;混凝土-标准砂界面摩擦角大于钢-标准砂界面;随着法向应力的增加,剪缩效果越明显;混凝土-标准砂的剪胀效果最为明显;模拟剪切应力应变与试验剪切应力应变趋势基本相同;两种结构物-标准砂在法向应力下的剪切应力分布基本相同,剪切应力先向左侧逐渐减小,之后由外围向中心基本逐渐减小,最大剪切应力刚开始出现在最右侧,之后逐渐向中部边缘靠近,最小剪切应力刚开始出现在最左侧,之后沿x轴方向移动,最后出现在距右侧顶点2.7cm附近。 Through the interface shear test of steel and concrete structures and standard sand,the relationship of shear stress-displacement,the interface shear strength and the changes of dilatancy and shrinkage were analyzed.Based on the modified Gompertz curve model and using Abaqus for simulation,the model shear stress-displacement relationship and the change law of the contact surface shear stress was analyzed.The results show that the interface shear stress of concrete-standard sand interface is greater than that of the steel-standard sand interface,the friction angle of concrete-standard sand interface is greater than steel-standard sand interface.The more obvious the shearing effect is with the increase of normal stress,the shearing effect of concrete-standard sand is the most obvious,the simulated shear stress and strain are basically the same as the test shear stress and strain,and the shear stress distribution of the two structures-standard sand under normal stress is basically the same,and the pressure is reduced gradually to the left side of the shear stress.After that,from the periphery to the center is basically reduced,the maximum shear stress starts to appear on the far right,then gradually approaches the center edge,the minimum shear stress begins to appear on the far left,then moves along the x-axis,and finally appears near the right vertex 2.7 cm.
