摘要
结合工程实例,以不同计算方法及理论为基础,以通用计算软件为平台,在设计方案阶段,对同一设计条件下的无梁楼盖和梁板楼盖的经济性进行对比,合理选取本案例工程中的楼盖体系。并针对近年无梁楼盖事故,提出加强无梁楼盖防脱落的设计要点和改进措施。以同一工程实例,在地下车库的整体设计过程中,对何种条件下选取合适的基础形式,超长结构如何考虑裂缝控制,抗浮设计的原则和措施,以及对地下结构抗震设计的考虑等问题提出一些浅显建议。
Combining engineering examples,based on different calculation methods and theories,using the general calculation software as the platform,in the design stage,the economy of the flat-plate floor and beam slab floor was compared under the same design condition,and the floor system in this project was selected reasonably.As for the accidents of flat-plate floor in recent years,the design points and improvement measures of strengthening the anti-shedding of the flat-plate floor were introduced.In the whole design process of the underground garage combined with the same practical project,some simple suggestions were given about what conditions to choose the appropriate foundation form,how to consider the crack control of the super-long structure,the principles and measures of anti-floating design,and the consideration of the seismic design of the underground structure.
