近年来,城市商业综合体已经成为了城市地标,城市中心,成为了人民生活的重要组成部分并逐步引入了电影院、体育、蹦床公园、文创展览区等特色功能。这些建筑功能导致了结构设计中频繁出现了大悬挑,楼板大开洞,大跨度等不规则的情况。当结构存在楼板大开洞,弱连接时,采用刚性楼板假定的结算结果已不能真实的反映结构的性质。此时就需要引入弹性板6和弹性膜对结构进行比较计算,从而得到较合理的计算指标和构件配筋。本文采用多种楼板假定对一栋存在楼板大开洞,大悬挑,大跨度和弱连接的某商业综合体的B段进行多轮计算,得到不同楼板假定的计算结果差异和适用情况。

In recent years,the city commercial complex has become the city landmark,the city center,has become an important part of people’s life,and gradually introduced the cinema,sports,trampoline Park,cultural and creative exhibition area and other features.These building functions lead to the frequent occurrence of large overhanging,large openings in the floor slab,large span and other irregular situations in the structural design.When there are large openings and weak connections in the floor,the settlement results based on the assumption of rigid floor can not truly reflect the nature of the structure.At this time,it is necessary to introduce the elastic plate 6 and the elastic membrane to compare the calculation of the structure,so as to obtain the more reasonable calculation index and the reinforcement of the member.In this paper,a variety of floor assumptions are used to calculate the section B of a commercial complex with large openings,large cantilevers,large spans and weak connections.The differences and applicability of different floor assumptions are obtained.
