某超限高层结构的超长大底盘分析

Analysis of super long and large chassis for an over-limit high-rise structure

摘要 深圳市某项目由4栋高层和1栋多层住宅楼组成,采用部分框支剪力墙结构体系。该项目存在扭转不规则、多塔和构件间断等不规则项,属于超限高层建筑。采用抗震性能化设计方法,设定其性能目标为C级。利用ETABS程序,采用振型分解反应谱法对转换结构和大底盘结构进行了地震作用下的应力分析,并对大底盘楼板进行了温度作用下的应力分析。结果表明,转换结构能实现既定的性能目标且结构安全具有一定的富余度,大底盘楼板的应力较大部位应采用加强配筋等措施避免楼板出现裂缝。 4 high-rise buildings and 1 multistory building located in Shenzhen adopts a partially frame supported shear wall structure system.The project has irregularities such as torsional irregularities,multiple towers and discontinuous members,which belongs to over-limit high-rise building.Using seismic performance-based design method,the performance target was set to C level.Using the ETABS program,the mode decomposition response spectrum method was used to analyze the stress of the conversion structure and the large chassis structure under earthquake action.The stress analysis of the large chassis floor slab under the effect of temperature was carried out.The results show that the conversion structure can achieve the established performance goals and the structural safety has a certain degree of surplus.Some measures such as strengthening reinforcement should be adopted to prevent cracks on the floor slab with greater stress.
