摘要
介绍了一种全新的装配式混凝土结构预制及施工安装技术,依托本技术已取得的专利成果,在保证混凝土结构节点核心区完整的前提下划分预制构件单元。本技术通过独特的支顶循环系统,实现三维立体的逐层循环预制;通过用螺纹大头和套筒对钢筋的预连接实现预制构件的预装配。可以实现装配式混凝土结构强于现浇结构,极大地提高装配式混凝土结构的工程质量,实现极其方便地全装配。本技术力图从根本上解决装配式混凝土结构的可靠性、方便性问题,并力图适当提升装配式混凝土结构的综合经济效益。
This paper introduces a new construction and installation technology of prefabricated concrete structure.Relying on the patented achievements of this technology,the prefabricated component units are divided on the premise of ensuring the integrity of the joint core area of concrete structure.This technology realizes the three-dimensional and layer-by-layer cyclic prefabrication through a unique supporting circulation system;and the preassembly of prefabricated components is achieved through the use of threaded heads and sleeves to pre-connect the steel bars.Thus,the prefabricated concrete structure is stronger than the cast-in-place structure,which can greatly improve the engineering quality of prefabricated concrete structure,and realize extremely convenient full assembly.This technology seeks to fundamentally solve the reliability and convenience problems of fabricated concrete structures,and appropriately improve the comprehensive economic benefits of prefabricated concrete structure.
