摘要
针对目前装配式建筑的混凝土预制主梁与次梁节点连接,多采用主梁缺口处错位锚固次梁钢筋,或者采用主梁预埋钢筋与次梁现浇段的纵向钢筋错开绑扎搭接两种方式存在的问题,研究利用长度较短的直型半灌浆套筒组件连接主梁预埋钢筋和次梁纵向钢筋,避免主梁缺口处开裂及因钢筋错位锚固而加大次梁截面,减小预制次梁拼装现浇混凝土段的长度和方量,提高预制率,降低预制梁制作及节点装配成本,进一步提高预制梁及拼装节点的标准化设计、制作、施工应用水平。
In view of the existing problems in connection between precast concrete main beam and secondary beam joints in assembly buildings,the main beam gap is mostly anchored by dislocation of secondary beam reinforcement,or the main beam pre-embedded reinforcement and longitudinal reinforcement of secondary beam cast-in-situ section were staggered bonded and overlapped,and the short-length straight semi-grouting sleeve assembly was studied.Connecting the pre-embedded reinforcement bar and the longitudinal reinforcement bar of the secondary beam,avoiding the cracking at the notch of the main beam and increasing the sectional section of the secondary beam due to the dislocation anchorage of the reinforcement bar,reducing the length and square of the cast-in-place concrete section of the precast secondary beam assembly,increasing the precast rate,reducing the cost of precast beam fabrication and joint assembly,and further improving the standard of precast beam and joint assembly.Application level of chemical design,manufacture and construction.
