摘要
设计制作1个现浇、2个带竖缝连接装配式混凝土剪力墙试件,通过拟静力试验,考察了连接高度对L型装配式混凝土剪力墙裂缝的开展及变形能力的影响,分析了剪力墙的滞回性能、延性、刚度退化、耗能能力等。结果表明:所有L型截面剪力墙的破坏模式均为弯曲破坏,其滞回曲线饱满,具有良好的耗能能力;与现浇剪力墙相比,装配式剪力墙的水平承载力和延性有所降低,但变形能力和耗能能力无显著差异。在水平正负向荷载作用下,L型装配式剪力墙的刚度、承载力及延性均表现出不对称性,与翼缘受压时相比,翼缘受拉时具有较高的承载力,但是延性有所下降,因此,有必要对腹板无翼缘侧的约束边构件进行合理设计,以防止受压时过早破坏。
One cast-in-place and two assembled concrete shear walls with vertical joints were designed and manufactured.Through the quasi-static test,the influence of connection height on the crack development and deformation capacity of L-shaped assembled concrete shear wall was investigated,and the hysteretic performance,ductility,stiffness degeneration and energy consumption capacity of shear wall were analyzed.The results show that the failure mode of all L-section shear walls is bending failure with full hysteretic curve and good energy dissipation capacity;compared with cast-in-place shear walls,the horizontal bearing capacity and ductility of fabricated shear walls are reduced,but the deformation capacity and energy dissipation capacity are not significantly different.Under the action of horizontal positive and negative loads,the stiffness,bearing capacity and ductility of L-type assembled shear wall show asymmetry.Compared with the flange under compression,the flange under tension has higher bearing capacity,but the ductility decreases.Therefore,it is necessary to design the restrained edge members without flange side of web to prevent premature failure under compression.
